As a Sr. Sales Systems Engineer Lead, you will work in Malaysia with our Sales team, providing technical expertise on sales calls and educating customers on features, specifications, and functionality integration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create compelling product demonstrations and effectively present our security platform and solutions to customers.
  2. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to support customer success.
  3. Drive technology evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and deploy the Starlight solution in various environments.
  4. Collaborate closely with TAC support and Product Management teams to respond to RFI's & RFP's.
  5. Deliver weekly reports to management on high-priority case status and pre-sales activity, while traveling throughout all sales territories (30-50%).

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles requiring technical knowledge of products and services.
  2. 7+ years in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
  3. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Networking, Routing, Switching, LAN, and Cyber Security technologies, including Network Security, Firewall, IDS, Sandbox, and Security detections.
  4. Proficiency in Linux, Windows administration, SIEM technology, and Virtualization, with public/private cloud experience in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud application installations and management.
  5. Degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT, Engineering.
