Business Development Representative

RHB Banking Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our personal financing and personal financing-i products.
As a key member of our sales team, you will proactively identify and generate new sales leads, engage with prospective customers to understand their financial needs and goals, and recommend the most suitable financing solutions. You will also process financing applications and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey, achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of personal financing and personal financing-i products and regulations, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
