To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5–10 years of experience in IT enterprise sales with a proven track record of success.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with reliability and determination.
- Strong ability to drive sales both directly with end users and through channel partners.
- Skilled in building and maintaining trust with customers and partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience managing the full government sales cycle, including lead generation, sales reporting, pipeline management, and tender bidding.
- Expertise in enterprise sales and key account management.
