Strategic Sales and Account Growth Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences at CTC Global Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the IT industry.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow existing direct accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with client IT and business unit executives, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their needs and requirements.
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions, according to customer needs and business objectives.
- Monitor market conditions, recommend pricing strategies, and devise market plans to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly within the IT industry.
- Strong technical expertise, including knowledge of technology solutions such as desktops, laptops, networking, enterprise servers, storage, and software licensing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present proposals and reports to diverse audiences effectively.
