About Our Team

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are highly energetic and focused on driving growth. We aim to acquire new business opportunities and partner with sellers to offer a wide variety of products at the best prices.

Job Description:

  • Build strong relationships with Shopee Sellers to drive business growth
  • Develop strategic plans to identify new sources of revenue and improve existing ones
  • Educate sellers on effective strategies to increase their presence within the platform
  • Negotiate deals with sellers and curate product listings for various campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor seller performance, sales activities, and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
  • Manage pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability for Tier 1 Brands
  • Secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to enhance seller visibility and credibility

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; e-commerce experience is a bonus
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and strong analytical skills
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions
  • Team player with a strong drive to exceed targets
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g., Malay, Chinese) as an added advantage
