The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of assigned fashion brands by being their primary point of contact at ZALORA.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned brands through regular communication.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to drive the growth of assigned brands and meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with brands to discuss campaign objectives and integrate seller promotions into the marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and brands to improve operational aspects of their business and enhance the customer experience.
  • Review and ensure compliance with ZALORA guidelines for brands' product catalogues.
  • Analyze and present business reports to senior management to improve visibility of brand performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management or a related field. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent English language skills are required, with Mandarin speaking skills being a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Exceptional time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A willingness to work in a multicultural environment is crucial.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel is required.
