Job Description:
  • Manage payroll functions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Identify payroll issues and provide corrective action.
  • Generate reports for internal and external submission, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with government bodies to ensure accurate payments and compliance.
  2. Prepare annual tax reporting and perform postings to finance, ensuring correct charges.
  3. Support the HR Operations team in implementing payroll initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource, Mathematics, or Accounting preferred.
  • Proven experience in payroll, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Malaysia payroll regulations and SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
