Job Summary

Ecolab is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the region.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  3. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of sales team members to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  6. Business Planning: Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  1. 10+ Years of Sales Experience: Minimum 10 years of direct and indirect industry-specific sales experience.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of functional support processes and display exemplary sales account management skills to specific region.
  3. Education: BA/BS in business or a science or technical specialty.
  4. Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of product/service/industry and customer needs and able to apply this knowledge soundly.
