- Lead the Charge: Be responsible for our Partner Relationship Manager Department and drive strategic partnerships to new heights.
- Engage and Inspire: Connect with potential partners and sales professionals while keeping a pulse on market trends to spark innovative ideas and collaborations.
- Team Player: Collaborate harmoniously with colleagues to drive business development and achieve team goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related fields.
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills; additional language is considered a plus.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a definite plus.
- Reliable, with integrity of character and strong business knowledge.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Outstanding decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, innovative, and target-oriented.
- Previous experience in the FX industry is considered a plus.
