Job Overview:
LinkedIn is seeking an Enterprise Development Manager to join our Talent Solutions team. Key Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting to build pipeline and personal relationships with prospects, closing new business consistently at or above quota level, and developing a strategic plan for the territory. You will also be required to invest in colleagues and provide coaching and advice when necessary. Additionally, you will need to be proactive about solving problems outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.

Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you should have 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role, with a strong background in sales and negotiation skills. Additionally, knowledge of software contract terms and conditions, as well as experience with Recruiting/HR software, SaaS opportunities, and multi-threading, would be beneficial.
