Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings, events and appointments to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation as required.
- Effective handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintenance of organized filing systems to ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Confidential management of department files/records.
- Preparation and editing of reports, memos, and presentations to enhance business communication.
- Ongoing administration duties to support daily operations.
- Arrangement of travel and accommodations for business purposes.
Job Requirements
- A minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a secretarial role, demonstrating proven capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective collaboration.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- The ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin.
- Flexibility to travel for meetings as required.
Remuneration:
- RM4,000 - RM6,000 per month
