Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Ferco Seating Systems (M) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international customers and providing them with exceptional service and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Preparing accurate and meaningful quotations and presentations.
  • Liaising with internal departments in obtaining the required information and providing it in a timely manner to the customer.
  • Assisting and coordinating with various internal departments in ensuring proper execution of projects and orders.

Requirements
  • Good understanding of clients in your designated region.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Good common sense.
  • Optimistic and cheerful disposition.
  • Responsible and accountable.
  • Understand numbers.
