**About the role**

We are excited to offer an internship opportunity within Principal’s Customer Service team, providing a hands-on experience in the dynamic world of investment. This role will be focused on assisting with a data cleansing exercise for one of our on-going projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing daily data validation and cleansing.
- Identifying and assessing data needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Taking the extra mile to engage with customers.
- Managing data with utmost privacy.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills
- Must be familiar with data entry
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Strong customer orientation and able to adapt/ respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to be based in KL City Center
- Able to commit to an internship period of at least 6 months
