**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Research accounts and emerging industry / market channels and distribution trends to influence sales strategy and make recommendations that can lead to long-term business advantages.

2. Promote and monitor sustainable growth in distribution coverage of the company

3. Facilitate and promote sharing of best practices in retail store operations, design and development.

4. Effectively communicate and interact externally with channel and partner organizations as well as internal coordination with RHO to drive strategic business initiatives across the region.

5. Seek opportunities to identify best practices and standardize price & promotion structures.

6. Set up reports detailing sales initiatives

7. Collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales figures and present these findings to the management.

8. Any other sales, administrative and projects assigned as and when required.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Preferably with min. 3 years of related working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to collaborate and assertively influence the top Leadership Team members.
- Understanding of business complexity and project inter-dependencies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and process great cultural sensitives with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strong project, data analysis, presentation, program and team management skills.
- The ability to quickly gain credibility and partner collaboratively with stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success.
- Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Data Analytics & Reporting etc.
- Ability to travel moderately to support the business objectives
