About the Job

You will be part of the larger Southeast Asia & India Marketplace Partners team and report to the Manager, Key & General Partners Malaysia. This role will work closely with several cross-functional teams within Nike such as merchandising, planning, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business continuity.

  1. Proven leadership and teamwork ability toward developing and maintaining high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and organizational layers.
  2. Ability to prepare, plan, and deliver persuasive sales & strategic presentations, use financial data to make decisions, and maximize account profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive your partner or account portfolio's engagement, growth, and profitability in line with Nike's overall strategy.
  • Lead the cross-functional account team through Go-To-Market activities and manage the in-season execution.
  • Deliver seasonal commercial targets and identify incremental growth opportunities.
