- Compile and review claim reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.\
- Collaborate with the Level 2 support team to resolve complex technical issues.\

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Knowledge of IT equipment and software.\
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.\
