About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Telesales Account Manager to join our team at Denave. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation and conversion.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and match them with our SaaS products.
  • Prospect, generate, qualify, process, and follow up on leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies and tactics.
  • Present our SaaS product solution and value proposition to customers.
  • Utilize various communication channels to outreach accounts.
  • Proficient in using social media tools such as LinkedIn and Zoominfo.
  • Provide timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management.
  • Update and maintain CRM with daily sales pipeline and activities.
Requirements:
  • Around 5 years of outbound sales/inside sales/telesales experience.
  • Experience with lead generation and handling enterprise accounts is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and skilled in 'Selling via Phone'.
  • Experienced selling technical and integrated IT premium priced solutions, successful prospector, and able to develop new prospects.
  • Familiarity with technology-based product/SaaS based and software solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches.
  • Show a proven track record of achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
  • Ability to multitask daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods.
  • Strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to excellence.
