Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular calls to debtors to discuss payment arrangements and negotiate repayment plans.
  2. Collaborate with debtors to identify and implement effective solutions to reduce arrears.
  3. Conduct site visits and searches to locate uncontactable debtors and recover outstanding amounts.
  4. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum SPM qualification.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in debt collection or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
